Booking

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are strongly recommended so we can reserve the right amount of time for your service. Walk-ins may be accepted only when a stylist is available.

How do I book an appointment?

Use the Book Now button on the site to book through our online appointment system. If you are unsure which service to choose, contact us before booking and we will point you in the right direction.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your final service total. Deposits are non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and other payment methods supported in the studio. Your deposit is processed through our booking provider.

What happens if I am running late?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals after that may require a shorter service, adjusted style, or rescheduling depending on the day's schedule.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once when you reschedule with proper notice.

How do I know which service to book?

Choose the service that best matches your desired style, size, and length. If you are between options, contact us with a reference photo and details about your hair so we can help you select the right appointment.

How long will my appointment take?

Timing depends on the style, braid size, hair length, hair density, prep needs, and any custom details. The booking page gives the best estimate, and your stylist will confirm timing when you arrive.

Are the prices online final?

Online prices are starting prices. Final pricing may change based on length, size, density, design complexity, hair condition, add-ons, and time required. Your stylist will confirm any meaningful adjustment before beginning.

Is braiding hair included?

Braiding hair is only included when a service description specifically says it is included. You may bring your own hair, or purchase hair in the studio when available.

Preparation

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

Yes, please arrive with hair that is clean, fully detangled, and free of heavy product unless your booked service includes wash or prep.

Does my hair need to be blown out?

For most braid styles, hair should be stretched or blown out before the appointment. This helps us work efficiently and achieve cleaner, smoother results.

What hair should I bring?

The best hair type and quantity depends on the style, length, color, and size you choose. If your appointment requires you to bring hair and you are unsure what to buy, contact us before your appointment.

How long does my natural hair need to be?

Hair should generally be at least 4 inches long for braiding services. Some styles may require more length depending on your hair texture and the look you want.

Salon Visit

Can I bring a guest or child?

Please avoid bringing extra guests or children who are not receiving a service unless necessary. This helps us maintain a focused, safe, and comfortable salon environment.

Will you take photos or videos of my hair?

We may photograph or record finished styles for portfolio, social media, education, or promotion. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, tell your stylist before your service begins.

Aftercare

How do I care for my braids after my appointment?

Protect your hair at night with a satin scarf or bonnet, keep your scalp clean and lightly moisturized, avoid heavy product buildup, and handle your edges gently.

How long will my style last?

Longevity depends on the style, your hair type, lifestyle, and maintenance routine. Your stylist can give you a more specific recommendation during your appointment.

What if I have a concern after my appointment?

Please contact us within 48 hours with your concern and photos if helpful. Completed services are non-refundable, but we will review concerns and respond at our discretion.
